Phoenix SA Gymnastics began with the aim of providing a positive, supportive and inclusive environment for disadvantaged children in Mitchell's Plain. Despite financial challenges, our mission is to show that there are better alternatives for youth than spending time on the streets.
Phoenix SA Gymnastics specialises in Acrobatic Gymnastics, combining strength, flexibility and teamwork through beautifully choreographed routines. We focus on empowering disadvantaged youth through gymnastics, helping them build discipline, self-confidence and resilience.

Soil Stuff
Future demands and environmental concerns being major topics in the current discourse, Soil Stuff hopes to bring knowledge to light and help farmers, the public and other stakeholders to understand what can be achieved with current techniques and treatments, as well as what is on the horizon. Enhancing the quality of the soil and its hydraulics, sustainable water conservation and healthy environmental practices can be achieved. This gain in efficiency can often be balanced for improved yields or more adverse condition tolerance, with a good balance becoming more and more important. With new ideas and technologies being developed all the time, it can be hard to know the state of the art when it comes to the otherwise overlooked 'soil stuff'. So dig in! Lerato Family Foundation
The Lerato Family Foundation aims to equip families and individual women, and men, youth and children to work towards peace and security for violence prevention and sustainable livelihoods, through advocacy, lobbying, and access to justice as per their constitutional rights, with all relevant stakeholders. The primary focus is on women and girl empowerment to combat GBVF and for peace and security based on the South African Women, National Action Plan on Peace and Security Agenda, to deconstruct inequalities against women.
